This modality is a direct application using specific techniques to individual organs. Visceral Manipulation is the missing link therapy that I’ve needed for the past 18 years. It provides results for those experiencing pain and discomfort.

​The organs are often the main cause of our symptoms.  Optimal function of organs decrease when we are subjected to perpetuating factors such as repetitive and prolonged activity, direct trauma, medical procedures, lifestyle choices, emotional stress, environmental stresses (cold weather, pollution, air conditioning, concrete surfaces etc).

 
​These factors initiate a chain of tension which will eventually lead to pain once compensatory patterns are exhausted.  When we repeatedly do the same movements day in and day out, the organs are compromised along with the fascia and muscles. All of these tissues have the potential to pull on the musculoskeletal system adding unwanted tension and compensatory patterns.


VM techniques are gentle and specific.  Good results are often achieved when VM is utilized in conjunction with massage and/or craniosacral therapy.
